2 Ingredient Ice Cream Bread

Let me start out by saying… the bread was not unpalatable, but i was also not delicious. I think I used a premium chocolate peanut butter ice cream. It didn’t matter. There was something about the texture or consistency of the bread that just ruined it for me. I am still including it, because it does work, and not everyone has hangups about food texture. Also, I might like to try it again someday using a different ice cream and different combining method.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups premium ice cream
  • 1 ½ cups self rising flour or 1 ½ reg flour, plus
  • 1 tsp baking powder and ½ tsp salt


Directions:

preheat oven 350, spray pan. stir flour into melted ice cream, scoop into pan, bake 43-48 minutes. cool on wire rack 10 minutes. can add up to 1 cup add-ins.
