The Vesper or Vesper Martini is a cocktail that was originally made of gin, vodka, and Kina Lillet
Serve: Straight up; without ice in a deep champagne goblet
Garnish: Lemon peel
Ingredients:
6 parts Gordon’s Gin
2 parts Vodka
1 part Kina Lillet
Prep:
Shake over ice until well chilled, then strain into deep goblet and garnish with a thin slice of lemon peel.
