Sundowner 🍸
Serve: Over ice in a highball glass
1 1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Galliano
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
Sweet & Sour Mix
1 ds Grenadine Syrup
Fill a highball glass with ice, add Cognac, Galliano, and orange liqueur. Add enough sweet & sour mix to almost fill the glass, then add grenadine syrup.
Mimosa 🍸
Serve: Stirred in a champagne flute
Garnish: grenadine, cherries
3 parts Champagne
3 parts orange juice
Ensure both ingredients are well chilled, then mix together into the glass. Serve cold.
Moscow Mule
A Moscow Mule is a cocktail made with vodka, ginger beer, and lime. The name refers to the popular perception of vodka as a Russian product and the intense flavor “kick” of ginger beer.
Serve: On the rocks; poured over ice in a mug
- 1 part Vodka
- 1 part Lime juice
- 2-4 parts ginger beer
The Bay Breeze is a cocktail, which has a Cape Codder as its base. This drink is also sometimes called a Downeaster or Hawaiian Sea Breeze.
3 parts vodka
1 part cranberry juice
1 part pineapple juice
Lime wedge for garnish
The Margarita is the most common tequila-based cocktail, made with tequila mixed with triple sec and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt on the glass rim.
Serve: On the rocks; poured over ice in a Margarita glass
Garnish: salt-rimmed glass, lime slice
- 7 parts tequila
- 4 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 3 parts lemon or lime juice
Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it. Shake the other ingredients with ice, then carefully pour into the glass (taking care not to dislodge any salt). Garnish and serve over ice.
Long Island Iced Tea
Serve: On the rocks, poured over ice
Garnish: Lemon Slice
3 parts Vodka
3 parts Tequila
3 parts White Rum
3 parts Triple Sec
3 parts Gin
5 parts Lemon juice
6 parts Gomme syrup
Dash of cola
Mix ingredients in glass over ice, stir, garnish, and serve.
Alabama Slammer
1 part Amaretto
1 part Southern Comfort
1 part sloe gin
1 part orange juice
- Pour above ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice and shake until completely cold. Strain into an old-fashioned glass and serve.
Piña Martinique
1 1/2 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Coconut Cream
2 tbsp. Strawberries (crushed)
2 tbsp. Pineapple (crushed)
1 cup Crushed Ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix at high speed for 45 seconds. Pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or strawberry.
Wine Cooler 🍷
Here’s something simple, yet refreshing!
Serve: 8 oz glass of ice (optional)
2 oz Wine
5 oz Lemon-Lime Soft Drink
Mix wine and soft drink. Pour into 8 oz glass. Add ice
Buttery Nipple
Serve: Straight up in a shot glass
2 parts cold butterscotch schnapps
1 part Bailey’s Irish cream
Pour the butterscotch schnapps into the shot glass, and then carefully add the Bailey’s. letting it float on top.
Orange Tundra
Serve: In a highball glass (add ice last if needed)
25mL Cream soda
25mL Orange juice
25mL Coffee liqueur
25mL Vodka
In a highball glass first add the Vodka, then the cream soda, then add the Kahlua and finally add the orange juice. add ice if preferred DO NOT MIX
Kamikaze
The Kamikaze is made of equal parts Vodka, Triple Sec and lime juice. It can be served strained into a highball glass (or shot glasses) or on the rocks in a low ball glass.
Garnish is typically a wedge or twist of lime.
Serve: Straight up; without ice in a cocktail glass
Garnish: lime slice
1 part Vodka
1 part Triple Sec
1 part Lime juice
Shake all ingredients together in a mixer with ice. Strain into glass, garnish and serve.
The appletini, also known as the apple martini, is a cocktail containing vodka and either apple juice, apple cider, or apple liqueur. Typically, the apple vodka is shaken or stirred with a sweet and sour mix and then strained into a martini glass.
Serve: straight up; without ice in a cocktail glass
Garnish: apple slice, and a cherry
3 parts vodka
1 part apple schnapps
1 part Cointreau
Mix in a shaker, then pour into a chilled glass. Garnish and serve.
Tom Collins
Serve: On the rocks, poured over ice in a Collins glass
Garnish: Orange, cherry or lime
2 parts Gin
1 part fresh lemon juice
a drizzle of sugar syrup
Chilled carbonated water to taste
Mix the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a tall glass with ice.. top up with soda water, garnish and serve.
Tea Liqueur
- 2 ts Black Tea Leaves
- 1 1/2 c Vodka
- 1/2 c Sugar Syrup
Steep the tea leaves in vodka for 24 hours maximum, or you will get a bitter flavor.
Strain, and add sugar syrup. Age for 2 weeks. 1-pint container, or quart jar.
Amaretto Sour
Traditional:
- 2 parts Amaretto liqueur
- 1 part sour (half a lemon)
Shaken with ice, strained into an old-fashioned glass that has had its rim optionally “frosted” with granulated sugar, and garnished with a maraschino cherry
Modern:
- 3 parts Amaretto
- 1 part sour mix instead of the lemon juice;
do not frost the rim of the glass with sugar.
Sex on the Beach
Serve: on the rocks; poured over ice in a highball glass
Garnish: orange slice
2 parts vodka
1 part peach schnapps
3 parts orange juice
2 parts cranberry juice
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange slice.
Bloody Mary
A Bloody Mary is a popular cocktail containing vodka, tomato juice, and usually other spices or flavorings such as Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, beef consomme or bouillon, horseradish, celery, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and celery salt.
Serve: On the rocks; poured over ice in a highball glass
Garnish: celery stalk
- 3 parts Vodka
- 6 parts Tomato juice
- 1 part lemon juice
Add dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper into highball glass, then pour all ingredients into highball with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with Celery Salt and lemon wedge (optional).
Brass Monkey
Brass Monkey is a name given to a number of different cocktail recipes. As with many lesser-known cocktails that are named after colloquial expressions, there are some wildly differing recipes that share the same name.
Serve: On the rocks; poured over ice in a Highball glass
- 1 part dark rum
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part orange juice
Stir together and serve over ice.
Pink Lady
A pink lady is a classic gin-based cocktail with a long history. The egg-whites and cream mixed in to create a foam that floats on top of the drink as well as giving it a unique texture.
Serve: In a cocktail glass
Garnish: Cherry
- 1 part Gin
- 1 tsp. Grenadine
- 1 tsp. Cream
- 1 egg white
Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass
Tropical Itch
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Light Rum
- 1/2 oz. Grand Mariner
- 3 – 4 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
Combine in a shaker with a cup of ice. Pour, with ice into a double old fashion or Collins glass. Top with additional passion fruit juice if needed.
Woo Woo
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Combine ingredients and shake well, strain into a cocktail shaker.
Can also be served as a shooter. In that case, reduce liquors to 3/4 oz. each and the Cranberry to 1/2 oz. serve in a rocks glass.
Carrot Cake
The Carrot Cake is a cocktail that is said to taste like carrot cake, although it does not contain any carrot cake ingredients.
Serve: Layered in a shot glass
- 1 part Irish Cream
- 1 part Cinnamon Schnapps
- 1 part Frangelico
or
- 1 part Irish Cream
- 1 part Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1 part Goldschlager
Layer each part in the shot glass, and shoot.
Screwdriver
A Screwdriver is a popular highball drink made with orange juice and vodka. Sometimes it is referred to as “Vodka and Orange”. While the basic drink is simply the two ingredients, there are many variations, many of these with multiple names, that can be found all over the world.
Serve: On the rocks; poured over ice in a highball glass
Garnish: orange slice
1 part vodka
2 parts Orange juice
pinch salt
Mix in a highball glass with ice. Garnish and serve.
Tequila Sunrise
Serve: On the rocks; poured over ice in a highball glass
Garnish: orange slice and a cherry
3 parts Tequila
6 parts Orange juice
1 part Grenadine Syrup
Pour the tequila and orange juice into glass over ice. Add the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom. Do not stir. Garnish and serve.
Hanky-Panky
3 oz Vodka
1 oz limoncello
Shake. Strain into chilled glass
Top with champagne
Garnish with lemon twist
Gin & Tonic
Serve on the rocks, poured over ice using a citrus fruit to garnish.
1 part Gin
1-3 parts tonic water, to taste
Mix and serve stirred, not shaken.
