Created for Sir Winston Churchill on one of his many visits to The Savoy.
Serve: straigh up; without ice in a cocktail glass
Ingredients:
3 parts scotch whiskey
1 part lime juice
1 part sweet vermouth
1 part cointreau
Prep:
Shake ingredients together with ice, and strain into a cocktail glass.
