A Corn N’ Oil is an alcoholic highball style cocktail most noted for its use of the very dark and oil-like blackstrap rum. While the origins of its name are largely unknown, it is making a resurgence in modern cocktail culture.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice in a Highball glass
Garnish: 1 or 2 lime wedges.
Ingredients:
60mL of Cruzan – blackstrap rum
10mL of Falernum
Prep:
Pour the rum and falernum into a glass over ice and stir well. Squeeze in the lime wedge(s) and drop it in.
