That fact is, and I want to be clear about this up front! I am a novice when it comes to Cryptocurrency.  I had heard about it before but didn’t really give it much thought. What finally piqued my interest was the fact that you could acquire Cryptocurrency for FREE!

Well… I say FREE, because you don’t need cash to invest… but it will require some time, and resources.

This post will contain many links that will help you start your journey into Cryptocurrency, many of them will contain referral links where I can earn a little extra for sharing the love. That is just a bonus, cause I was going to tell you anyway. Even better news, if you try this out, you will get your own referral links to share and some of the percentages may be as high as %50 or more. It’s true.

I am not going to try to explain Cryptocurrency to you. I am still trying to learn about it myself. There are many options out there for you to learn about it for FREE. For example, Udemy.com has a variety of Free Cryptocurrency Courses & Tutorials including “How To Start With Cryptocurrency”, “Blockchain cryptocurrency course 101 for absolute beginners“, “Cryptocurrency Trading Explained” and many, many more to choose from – All FREE! UC Berkeley offers a 6 week course called “Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies” for free.  Over at ClassCentral.com, you will find at least 10 free courses about Blockchain tech and Cryptocurrency.

I highly recommend you become slightly educated before spending any of your own money to invest, but I see no reason why you can’t start acquiring the free Cryptocurrency offered while you learn! Right?

Before you get down to business, you’re going to need to have a place to keep your Cryptocurrency. I’ve already been through several, and I’m sure I’ll go through many more before I’m done. Check out the following wallet suggestions, but feel free to look around and find a wallet that works best for you.

WALLETS
There are a couple different types of wallets to store your assets, including software, hardware and paper wallets. Wallets can be used on your desktop, mobile device, or on the web.

Hardware wallets are a good choice if you want to store your private keys on an external device for added security.

Paper wallets store your assets offline too but have become increasingly unpopular, so I'm not recommending paper wallets at this time. I just don't know enough about them, and from what I've read, they were popular at the start, but have been losing out to other methods.
