The hurricane is an extremely sweet alcoholic drink made from lime juice, passion fruit syrup and rum. It is one of many popular drinks served in New Orleans.
Serve: On the rocks; poured over ice in a cocktail, or hurricane glass (12oz tulip shaped glass)
Ingredients:
1 part Dark Rum
1 part White Rum
passion fruit syrup
lime juice
Prep:
Shake ingredients with ice, then pour into the glass and serve over ice.
