Ingredients:
- 10 hot Italian sausages, sliced
- 1 bulb of garlic, minced
- 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 3 oz sliced mushrooms
- basil
- pepper
Directions:
Cover sausages with water, add garlic, and bring to a boil. Boil on high for 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Lower to medium, add 1 can of beans. Set to medium boil until thickened, add 2nd can of beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, and pepper to taste. Cook 30-60 minutes, serve with pilaf.
