Keto Soda Hack

I have been doing Keto for over 6 months and I have lost over 60 pounds. I used to really love soda, and didn’t think I’d be able to give it up when I made my lifestyle change. I was able to do it, but then something magical happened. I discovered sparkling water and Mio. For me, there’s just something about the carbonation that I love. I didn’t miss the sugar as much as I missed the bubbles. On the keto diet you often need electrolytes, especially if you are on keto while doing intermittent fasting, which I am. Combining the Mio (the one with electrolytes and vitamin b) with the sparkling water really satisfied my desire for soda while providing me with the electrolytes my body needs.
