When it comes to creativity, I love all crafts and forms of art. Painting, however, is not one of my strengths. I have always loved folk art, but never really knew where to begin. If you need a little nudge, I can tell you that the Arteza Real Brush Pens made it much less overwhelming. As you can see from my example, I need more practice, but I would have never been able to do this with loose oils or acrylics or whatever. I also used the book Folk Art Fusion: Creative ideas for painting colorful folk art in acrylic for my inspiration. It is really cool because the book breaks the project down into parts to help you get the job done. I had a lot of fun and look forward to doing more with these brushes and from this book.
