A Vodka Red Bull, known by a wide variety of names, is a cocktail made by mixing vodka and the high-energy drink Red Bull. It is popular among the 18-30 generation in bars and nightclubs in Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia. The Vodka Red Bull ratio varies widely, but is usually around 1:5. In some places it is customary to serve an entire can with a single shot of vodka, in others a can may be split between several glasses, each containing several shots of vodka. The Red Bull dominates so that the flavor of the alcohol is not too strong.
Serve: on the rocks, or straigh up in a highball glass
Igredients:
2 parts vodka
1 can (11 parts) Red Bull (or to taste)
Prep:
Either mix together, with or without ice, or drop a shot of vodka into the Red Bull in the style of Depth charge
